Passions of Paradise, Cairns & one2one photography

When Steve May my business partner in New Zealand, completed Emma & Dirk's Wedding early this year I know he thought 'what a lovely couple!' and how they were a pleasure to photograph and so appreciative of the efforts we go to to capture weddings just as they happen.

Well Emma & Dirk, experienced dive instructors with the award winning Passions of Paradise in Cairns, turned out to be generous as well and they invited Steve and I to enjoy 2 days of diving on the Great Barrier Reef.

Needless to say we took them up on their offer and thought we'd combine a business conference with some r&r as you can see from the pictures - we each took a camera along and we will send over our photos to the management of Passions to maybe update their brochures and website.

I know I speak for Steve when I say to the crew of Passions and particularly to Emma & Dirk, a huge thank you for not just teaching me to dive (Steve already knew) and where better than on the reef, but for being the wonderfully warm and friendly people you are. To the many friends and colleagues of Emma & Dirk whom we met on our 3 day business trip and you know who you are, thank you also for the fun on and off the 25m maxicat.

Here are some photos captured with the 16-35mm lens over the 2 days.
